Mike did our home inspection and did a fantastic job! He answered any questions I had and appeared to be very thorough. He took pictures of everything and filed his report in a timely manner. It was so very helpful to us in deciding whether or not to purchase this home. I would recommend.

I had a great experience with my home inspector, Mike. He was thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer my questions. I appreciated his attention to detail and would definitely recommend him. The 6-month Home Warranty provided by Erie Inspection is also an excellent bonus.

HIGHLY recommend this company! We had to have an inspection completed for a new home purchase in five days and Erie got it done in three. Trent's report of the home was so thorough and he did a great job explaining everything to us. After a not so great experience with another company on our first home purchase, this interaction was exactly what we needed. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but Trent absolutely deserves the recognition. I would refer him and Erie to anyone looking for a home inspection. Thank you for being so easy to work with!

Jordan was very thorough in our home pre-inspection and explained everything to use very clearly at the end. He is also just a nice guy who was great to talk to. We would definitely recommend this company, and use them again if we ever need these services.

Absolutely phenomenal service! I called Erie Inspection to schedule a General Inspection for a property that I was looking to purchase. I had seen many people recommend Jordan, so when I called, I requested Jordan. Let me just say that I've had one other home inspection, and I thought it went well. Boy was I wrong. Jordan blew my previous experience out of the water. When I called to schedule, I mentioned a few concerns about the property, and during the inspection, we covered those concerns and much more. Jordan was so thorough, and showed the kind of care and attention that you would hope to receive. Jordan took the time to explain every issue, whether big or small, and I learned so much from him. Even the little things that I noticed, Jordan would address them with me, and make sure to educate me and document the concern if needed. Erie saved me several thousands of dollars in repairs and replacements from hidden issues that you normally wouldn't see. The inspection report you receive is in such a great format, and so easy to understand. Overall very professional, and very caring. I'm so thankful for Jordan and Erie. I will absolutely be using Erie for Inspection services in
